Our one step wpc profiles machine line is high technical and easy to operated. Also CE approved. It can be used to produce various PVC/WPC products, such as wpc foam board, wpc floor, wpc door, ect. WPC products is made from PE/PP/PVC+wood powder+additives. It is a new generation of green environmental material and very popular in the world at present. WPC product have both wood and plastic double properties, and it's mechanical performance is better than wood.It also have the features of water-proof ,fire-resistant,anti-corrosion,anti-moth,100% recycled.
The whole production line includes the following parts:

wood powder preparing ( need wood powder size: 60-80mesh, water content lower than 8%. Miller and drier are the tools use to achieve the aims)-----mixer(use to mix the wood powder and plastic)---------pellets granulator (if wood with PVC , need not make into pellet , can use to extrude profile directly)---------profile extruding ---------products treatment ( can sanding the surface to be more roughly like nature wood, can press wood pattern , can cover with shinning film)

1.This technology is suitable to produce WPC products at high value with variety of plastic and nature fiber, and the material is of 90% of waste plastic and waste natural fiber
2. This production line can produce wpc products of different specifications only via changing mould.
3. PVC WPC door board production line is adopted specially designed HGMS80/156, HGMS92/188 conical twin screw extruder.
The parallel twin screw extruder is used to mix the wood and plastic and get good homogeneous melt
4. It adopts imported ABB and Siemens speed frequency converter.
5. It chooses imported RKC and Omron temperature controller.
6. This is one step WPC extrusion technology, which saves energy
7. The production line consist of conical twin screw extruder, moulds for door boards, forming moulds, calibrating cooling stage, caterpillar haul-off, transverse cutter and tilt stacker.
