PET Separation Tanks are used for separating PET from floating plastics like PE and PP. Inside the tank, screw transfer PET material while on the tank screw discharges floating plastics.

PET separation tank can be made of SUS304 or iron steel.

The plastics wastes can be recycled and turned to reusable raw material by the machines that are produced in our factory which is situated in China.

Raw material used in production and production technique, are decided with the awareness of recycling abrasive and contaminated plastics. Quality control testes are performed on all our products before dispatch.

The installation of machines is customers ‘s plant and training are carried out by our professional technical team. High customer satisfactory with immediate technical support is provided in case of and breakdown that can occur from manufacture or operation faults.

• The processing procedure of the complete washing line for PET consists of sorting - label removing – crushing - floating washer with cold water - agitating washer with hot water- floating washer with cold water - centrifugal drying - label separating again–collection.
• Wasted PET can be crushed, washed, dried and collected into silo with clean PET flakes.
