Threading Machine Project Case – United Arab Emirates

In August 2024, our company supplied a Pipe Threading Machine to a piping and fittings manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates, GulfPipe Industries LLC, a regional supplier serving the plumbing and construction sector.

The customer was seeking a threading solution capable of producing accurate and consistent threads for PVC and CPVC pipes ranging from 20–50 mm. Their previous equipment showed variations in thread depth and produced higher scrap rates during peak production periods. After assessing their production layout and required standards, we recommended our SGK-Series Automatic Threading Machine, configured with:

• Automated pipe feeding and clamping

• Adjustable thread depth, pitch, and rotation speed

• Cooling and lubrication system to stabilize tool temperature

• Synchronized threading and cutting mechanism

During factory acceptance testing on July 26, 2024, the machine produced clean and uniform threads that met the dimensional tolerance of ±0.1 mm.

After delivery, the customer completed installation with our remote technical support. By August 12, 2024, the machine reached stable operation and was integrated into their daily production schedule. According to customer feedback, the rework rate decreased, and thread uniformity improved, especially during long production cycles.

This project reflects our capability to provide practical, stable, and easy-to-maintain threading equipment for manufacturers in the Middle East pipe processing industry.
