Short description
The production is designed for producing flexible corrugated pipes made from PE, PP, or PVC materials. These pipes are widely used for wire protection, drainage, ventilation, and automotive applications. The production line ensures stable performance, high output, and uniform pipe forming through precision temperature control and optimized die design.

Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is then shaped in the corrugation mould by vacuum or pressure forming. After shaping, the corrugated pipes are water-cooled to stabilize their form. The cooled pipes are automatically cut to the required length and collected by the coiler for inspection and packing.
