PP/PE RIGID AND FILM WASHING LINES EQUIPPED WITH SHREDDER DOUBLE SHAFT
COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:
Plastic shredders double shaft are used for pre-crushing of materials like sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable and yarn which are hard to crush in granulator. Pre-crushed materials increase granulator ‘s capacity and life time of granulator and blades.
Material which are pre-crushed by the help of rotating and fixed blades can be crushed into desired size by granulator.
Automatic stop, r4eserve direction run and alarming functions in the case of possible material jamming, metal escape and overload.
Plastic recycling is the processing of making re-useable plastic raw material from plastic wastes. The process starts with sorting of the mixed plastics. Clean plastics are crushed and granulated. Wasted plastics coming from landfills should be crushed, washed, and dried before granulating line.
PP/PE RIGID AND FILM WASHING LINES EQUIPPED WITH SHREDDER DOUBLE SHAFT are used for separating the plastics from contaminants. Efficiency of washing line directly affects the operation granulating line. An efficient washing line increase quality of granules and capacity of granulating line. Washing lines consist of Conveyor, Granulator, Sin-Float Tanks, Horizontal Centrifuges, Film Dewatering Machine and vertical Centrifuges in order.
Rigid and film washing lines are used for recycling Polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE,HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) scraps plastics in rigid or film form. Varity of scrap plastics and can be recycled on the line is maximized with ability of recycling film and rigid forms one the same line.
The complete crushing, washing and drying line for wasted PP, PE consist of:
- Belt conveyor
- Horizontal centrifuge: It can applied to maximum cleaning with high centrifuges.
- Screw conveyor
- Plastic washing units sink (float tank)
- Film dewatering machine
The processing procedure of the complete washing line consists of:
Conveying – Crushing - Floating washer with cold water - Agitating washer with hot water - Floating washer with cold water - Centrifugal drying/Squeezing drying – Collection.
- Wasted plastics can be crushed, washed, dried and collected into silo.
- High efficiency and performance.
- Less power consumption and operator attendance.
APPLICATIONS:
- Applicable material: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE,, etc..
- Materials shape: woven bag, printed films, agricultural film, raffia and rigid scraps.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
- The production capacity can be 300kg/hr, 500kg/hr,1000kg/hr.
- NOTE: Depending on material shape, some units involved in complete line will be changed and available.
