FILM DEWATERING MACHINE APPLIED FOR PP/PE RIGID AND FILM WASHING LINES
COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:
Film Dewatering Machines, dewater film plastics by squeezing them mechanically. Humidity level of the squeezed materials are reduced to 4-5%. This will lead to low electric consumption at the second phase of drying which will be in Agglomeration Machines
They are very efficient machines comparing to hot drying systems when considering energy consumption.
Lifetime of the machine is extended by mounting the screw to a extruder type gearbox at the back and to a thrust bearing at the front.
Made of heavy duty steel sheets with gas metal welding.
Mode options with 200-1000kg/h capacity available.
Plastic recycling is the processing of making re-useable plastic raw material from plastic wastes. The process starts with sorting of the mixed plastics. Clean plastics are crushed and granulated. Wasted plastics coming from landfills should be crushed, washed, and dried before granulating line.
FILM DEWATERING MACHINE APPLIED FOR PP/PE RIGID AND FILM WASHING LINES are used for separating the plastics from contaminants. Efficiency of washing line directly affects the operation granulating line. An efficient washing line increase quality of granules and capacity of granulating line. Washing lines consist of Conveyor, Granulator, Sin-Float Tanks, Horizontal Centrifuges, Film Dewatering Machine and vertical Centrifuges in order.
Rigid and film washing lines are used for recycling Polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE,HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) scraps plastics in rigid or film form. Varity of scrap plastics and can be recycled on the line is maximized with ability of recycling film and rigid forms one the same line.
The complete crushing, washing and drying line for wasted PP, PE consist of:
- Belt conveyor
- Horizontal centrifuge: It can applied to maximum cleaning with high centrifuges.
- Screw conveyor
- Plastic washing units sink (float tank)
- Film dewatering machine
The processing procedure of the complete washing line consists of:
Conveying – Crushing - Floating washer with cold water - Agitating washer with hot water - Floating washer with cold water - Centrifugal drying/Squeezing drying – Collection.
- Wasted plastics can be crushed, washed, dried and collected into silo.
- High efficiency and performance.
- Less power consumption and operator attendance.
APPLICATIONS:

- Materials shape: woven bag, printed films, agricultural film, raffia and rigid scraps.
