- The screw adopts circulating oil cooling device, so that the friction temperature would be quite allowable.
- The screw barrel adopts special designed wind cooling system, which makes repair quite easy.
- According to different material mixing requirements of clients, screws of reasonable structure can be equipped with to make sure desirable plasticization and quality of flowing substance.
- The centers of driving motor, reduction box and screw are assembled in a line, which ensures easy maintenance.
- The specially designed distributing box has extra-sized thrust bearings with long rotation lifespan. They are originally imported and can bear more powerful extruding pressure.
